Shuttle Pickup at Resorts World / Conrad
Your Las Vegas to Valley of Fire shuttle leaves at 8:45am from the shuttle bus / Lyft / Uber pickup area by the Resorts World self-parking garage, near the Conrad. Please arrive a few minutes early so the group can leave on time. The maps below show exactly where to meet.
Your Day with Ultimate Desert Adventures
- 8:45am: Pickup on the Strip. Meet the shuttle at the Resorts World / Conrad pickup area.
- About 1 hour: Relax while we drive you out to the desert. Sit back and enjoy the views on the way to our Overton, NV shop near Valley of Fire: no directions, no parking and no driving for you.
- Grocery store stop. Our driver stops at the local grocery store so you can grab water, snacks and lunch.
- 3-hour self-guided Polaris RZR ride. Get your safety briefing, then explore the red rock and desert trails in your own UTV.
- Around 3:45pm: Back in Las Vegas. We drive you back to Resorts World. Return time depends on traffic.
Our Shuttle Vans (10-Seat and 5-Seat, Bigger Groups Welcome)
We run two shuttle vans, a 10-seat van and a 5-seat van, so couples, families and small groups ride together. Planning a bachelor party, corporate outing or family reunion? We can rent more vans for big groups. Call 702-952-1633 to plan group transportation for your RZR tour.
What to Bring
- Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. The renter must be 25+ if anyone under 18 is riding. Passenger height: 42 inches for the XP 1000 and Xpedition, 48 inches for the Turbo. Helmets and goggles are provided. There is a safety briefing and a Polaris digital waiver. No alcohol is allowed before or during your ride. Arrive 15 minutes early, because doors lock at the start time.
- Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dusty
- Sunglasses, sunscreen and a bandana or buff for dust (we also have bandanas and buffs available for purchase)
- Water and snacks (or buy them at the grocery stop)
- A light jacket in cooler months
A temporary authorization hold is placed at check-in. Cash, debit or credit accepted. See our rental & payment policy for details. The hold is released as soon as the vehicle is returned (bank timing varies).

Shuttle service is included when you book the 3-Hour Adventure + Round-Trip Shuttle on Polaris Adventures. Your round-trip transportation between the Las Vegas Strip and Ultimate Desert Adventures is part of that option. Seats are first come, first served and subject to availability, so book early, especially on weekends and holidays.
