RENTAL & PAYMENT POLICY
RENTAL POLICY
- Main renter must be 18+ years old with a valid credit card available at check-in. All additional dune buggy rental drivers in the same vehicle must be 18+ years old. Must be 25+ years old to have any passengers under 18 years old.
- All customers are required to wear eye protection and a helmet which is provided by Ultimate Desert Adventures.
- Any passenger that cannot touch the floorboards with their feet (small children, infants) cannot ride in the vehicles.
- Valid drivers license is required for all drivers.
- A $3000 ($1500 if you selected Premier Protection) security deposit is required.
- If the renter damages the vehicle in an accident, the renter will be responsible for up to the first $3000 ($1500 if you selected Premier Protection) in repairs and the accidental damage coverage will cover all remaining costs.
- Rental price is per vehicle, NOT per person.
- Please arrive on time with all supplies purchased before arrival. Rental is full drive time (2,3,4, or 6 hours).
By renting and operating one or more Polaris vehicles, you acknowledge and agree that video and/or audio recording may be in use during your rental period. Recording devices may be installed on or within the vehicle(s) for safety, security, monitoring of vehicle use, and incident documentation. These recordings are not live-streamed or monitored in real time.
Recording may occur at any time while the vehicle(s) are in operation or powered on. All footage is securely stored and retained for up to 24 hours following the end of your rental period. After this time, recordings are automatically deleted unless preservation is required for safety, legal, or insurance purposes.
By proceeding with the rental and use of the Polaris vehicle(s), you consent to the recording and storage practices described in this disclosure.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Full payment required to reserve.
- Charge will show as a payment to Ultimate Desert Adventures.
- Reservation may be canceled 7+ days prior to scheduled rental with a 3.5% cancellation fee, you will be refunded the remaining amount.
- Reservations canceled 3-6 days prior to your scheduled rental will incur a cancellation fee of 23.5% of the total rental fee.
- Reservations canceled 2 or less days prior to your rental date, or no shows on the day of your rental, incur a 100% cancellation fee.
