- To confirm, manage, and support your reservation, including check-in, safety information, and the temporary authorization hold placed on your card.

Services We Use

- Contact forms (Gravity Forms): information you submit through forms on our website is stored on our website server and emailed to our team so we can respond.

- Online booking (Polaris Adventures): reservations, waivers, and payments are processed by Polaris Adventures, a third-party booking platform. Information you enter while booking is collected by Polaris Adventures and shared with us so we can provide your rental. Polaris Adventures handles payment card details; we do not store your full card number on our website. See the Polaris Privacy Policy.
- Chat and texting (Podium): if you use the chat window on our website or text with us, your name, phone number, and messages are handled through Podium so we can reply. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. See Podium’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: we use these tools to measure website traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising. They use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit.
